Admissions

Getting Started

Taking the first step is the most important one. We make the process straightforward.

The Process

We've designed our intake process to be as clear and welcoming as possible. Here's what to expect.

STEP 01

Submit an Inquiry

Reach out to us by phone, email, or through our online contact form. Tell us a little about your situation and what you're looking for. There's no commitment required — just a conversation.

STEP 02

Initial Conversation

We'll schedule a time to talk with you (or with the referring professional) to learn more about your needs, goals, and current circumstances. This is an informal, supportive conversation — not an interrogation.

STEP 03

Eligibility & Housing Review

We'll review eligibility based on our program requirements and discuss available housing options. We'll be transparent about what we can offer and what the process looks like from here.

STEP 04

Individualized Transition Plan

Together, we'll develop a personalized transition plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and the support you need. This plan becomes the roadmap for your time with us.

STEP 05

Move-In & Ongoing Support

Once everything is in place, we'll guide you through the move-in process and connect you with your support team. From day one, you'll have people in your corner.
